Training & Placement Cell is headed by Training & Placement officer who is assisted by an advisory board consisting of faculty member, T&P staff & students.

Atharva college of Engineering is a growing branch of the huge organization, Atharva Educational Trust. Atharva college of Engineering has developed its independent Training & Placement Cell to give the students better training and job opportunities.

Atharva college of Engineering enrolls every year 270 students for engineering course in the stream of Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication. Every year a bright and zealous cluster of students come into Atharva in search of a great career and better placement opportunities. This is exactly what we strive to do, cater the needs and assist the students to achieve their ambition towards getting the best job opening.

The T&P Cell constantly helps the students in gaining necessary information resources, skills and contacts to help them achieve their career goals. To accomplish this mission we have planned several activities and events that will groom the students for long-term. Seminars, guest-lectures and short workshops are some of these activities, which will help the students to develop their professional abilities. The institute has very active industrial links and tied-up with prestigious US placement agencies and several I.T. multinational organizations to make our students enter in the real global world.

a) Provide placement to eligible student who are completing B.E. Degree course.

b) Campus Recruitment for all the streams i.e. Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication.

c) Ensure the decent placement in domestic as well as known Multinational companies (MNC) of global market.

d) Preparing Students for Campus Recruitment through pre-placement Training; i.e. Written Test, Group Discussion and Interviews.

e) Grooming students by organizing Seminars and Guest lecturers and enhancing their professional skills.

f) Assisting the students to prepare an ideal Curriculum
Vitae and forward it to companies, if required, before the
Campus recruitment.

a) Display job advertisement received from Global Corporate world & Multinational organization.

b) Displaying job advertisement published in newspapers/ magazines.

c) Curriculum Vitae of all interested applicants/ candidates will be forwarded to the companies, if required, before the campus recruitment.

d) Providing necessary facilities for the companies during the campus recruitment session.

e) Uploading the Curriculum Vitae on interest so that employers can view them at their convenience.

f) Confirming the final selection of the students while at the campus, or at the earlier possible date.

g) If the company desires to conduct off-campus recruitment, if requested or required, the placement Cell will do the needful for the same.
